1. Returns and Cancellations

We want you to feel confident shopping with Maison Marigrace.

If you would like to return an item, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, please contact us at:

We aim to respond within 48 business hours.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • Returned in their original packaging
  • Accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase

The following items are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law or unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items

3. How to Return an Item

To request a return, email info@maisonmarigrace.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • A photo of the item, if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Once your request is reviewed, we will send you the return instructions and the correct return address.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund if the return is approved.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7 to 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and include a photo of the item.

If the issue is confirmed, Maison Marigrace will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy as applicable.

If the return is due to our error or a defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Return Address

The exact return address will be provided by email after your return request has been reviewed and approved.

Please do not send returns to the sender’s address on the package unless instructed by our customer support team.

7. Non-Returnable Items
